Prunes Extra Jam with Orange Blossom Honey

The unmistakable taste of this jam is mainly due to the variety of the plum used: big, firm, with violet peel and pulp.
The production area is the southern side of Mount Etna; the harvest period is from July to October.


Ingredients:
prunes, sugar, lemon juice, orange blossom honey (1,5%). Gelificant: pectin.
