Confettura Extra di Mele dell'Etna con Miele di Zagara

This jam is made with two varieties of apples: the “Delizia” and the “Cola”, grown in small apple-orchards between 600 and 1400 meters of elevation, where the orchards give place to the steep woods of the volcano.
The apples are harvested in October and stored naturally in rural warehouses till March.


Ingredients:
Etna's apples, sugar, lemon juice, orange blossom honey (1,5%). Gelificant: pectin.
